MiniFM Rules and Regulations

Registration and Account Management

Provide your correct name, contact details and other required information.

Each user is allowed to have only one account.

Keep the password confidential to protect your account; you will be responsible for any unauthorized use.

Content Guidelines

Post only your original and self-written content.

Avoid any kind of plagiarism or copyright infringement.

Posting offensive, inflammatory, religious or politically sensitive content is strictly prohibited.

If artificial intelligence (AI) has been used in content creation, it is mandatory to disclose it.

Language and Quality

The language of the content should be clear, easy to read and grammatically correct.

The content should be appropriate for your target readers (such as children or adults).

Income and Revenue Sharing

Your income will be based on the views, reads or subscriptions your stories receive.

Revenue share will be as per the prevailing policy of the platform (36%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55%).

Provide correct bank or UPI details to receive payment.

Payment will be made only when your earnings reach the minimum amount set (e.g. ₹500).

Editing and Rejection

Mini FM has the right to edit or reject your content.

If the content does not follow our rules, it may be rejected without prior notice.

Copyright and License

The copyright of your content will remain with you.

However, Mini FM will have the right to publish and promote your content on its platform.

As long as your story is published on our platform, you cannot publish the same story on any other platform.

If there is an exclusive contract, separate terms and conditions will apply.

Data Security

Your personal information (such as email, phone number, bank details) will be kept secure.

Your personal information will not be shared with any third party.

Limitation of Platform's Responsibility

In the event of a technical failure or data theft, the Company's responsibility will be limited.

We recommend you to keep a copy of your content with you.

For any problems, payment inquiries or disputes, you can contact us via email or our support portal.

Content Removal Rules

Removal or editing of published content can be requested by the author, provided you notify Mini FM by email two months in advance and provide a valid reason.

If your story has generated revenue for you even once, that story cannot be removed from our platform.
